Operation Summit Kill takes place during the waning days of the Soviet Union. The Soviet President, President Sukheny, has agreed to visit the United States for his first summit with the American President. The KGB Director has decided to orchestrate a complex assassination operation against the Soviet president due to his announced military and nuclear weapons reductions. This sets off a number of KGB activities and clandestine operations to ensure success of the KGB assassins who infiltrated into the U.S. to kill their president during the summit with American president Elliott.
